Our sincere thanks to the late Roxanne
Barkofsky, for donating this beautiful painting, which we call "Yellow
Ribbon" to CCLRR. Roxanne, an accomplished and award winning quilter and embroiderer, sold many pieces of her work, the proceeds going to animal and particularly dog related causes. Her work is unified with intricate and unique embroidery techniques. Vintage motifs, vintage buttons and beads, and other elements may be incorporated to complete the piece.
A leading artist in the field of "DOGGIE-ART", Roxanne Barkofsky's work has been seen in DOGWORLD, DOG FANCY, and MARY ENGLEBRIET'S HOME COMPANION.
Roxanne Barkofsky passed away August 5, 2005. Rest in peace dear friend of CCLRR and the dogs you loved.
