Application. This form is available to download and print, in Acrobat

If there is a CCLRR, Inc. representative near you, you may give the application directly to that person, or bring it to one of our events at Folsom, Stockton or Davis. Once we receive and approve your application, a receipt with your adoption number on it will be sent to you. When you receive this receipt, you will be eligible to adopt from us. Please take your receipt with you when you go to adopt. We will be refund your adoption fee if you adopt from another Rescue or a Shelter within 2 weeks, after that, your adoption fee becomes a donation to Lab Rescue. If you sign up and simply change your mind about adopting, we do not refund. If you find a dog on our web site that you want to adopt, you still must fill out an Adoption Applcation and pay the necessary fee before you can go and see the dog. ADOPTION FEES: ADULT DOG, 5 months through 8 years old $225.00 Puppies 4 months of age and under $325.00 "Senior Dogs" 9 years and up and "Special Needs" Dogs $100.00 Adoption of Two dogs $325.00 All the Labs in our program receive a veterinary examination, full inoculations, a heartworm test and heartworm preventive and are spayed or neutered. We will send you our most current list of Labs available and send you updates as new Labs come into the program. The list, with the contact numbers for each dog, goes out on THURSDAY MORNING to those who have completed the adoption application process and received their adoption number. The Web page is not updated until later Thuirsday or Friday, so those on our "approved adoptor" list have first access to new dogs. Please remember: this list is more current than the Web page. When you receive your list you may call the owner/foster of the dog, make an appointment and go with your family, and your dog if you have one, to meet the Rescue Lab. If on your meeting the Lab looks like a match, you may take the Lab for a two-week trial period. If, after this period it is working, you have adopted a Lab. If it is not working, you can bring the Lab back and try again. All our Labs come with inoculations current, heartworm negative and spayed or neutered. No Lab will be given to its new family until it has been spayed/neutered. THIS IS CALIFORNIA LAW.
